I really like the text-based navigation. Since most viewers react to text as opposed to image, this is a really good solution, especially the sizes of more pressing/popular articles.
In this week's reading(wk3), one topic that I found interesting was the issue of colorblind viewers. Since 5-10% of the population is colorblind, how will your system hinder those who can't see the distinctions of color? It was saying that most colorblind are able to see variations of blue without a problem. I'm trying to solve this for myself too, since my navigation is also color-based.
Ryota -
hey, i'm interested to see where this goes.
can you please add some of your thinking ot this blog? add descriptions to the images and info about your designs and interfaces would help contextualize what we're looking at.
in the mean time, please make sure to add ALL of the top level functionality presently found on the CNN ( just go copy it) but figure out a better way to let us use it.
then the comment page, why is that a new page? why do i have to leave the information in order to place a comment?
finally what is the additional form of media you re using in this ? where is the design for that? please advise
cheers
then
