this is a rough design idea in flash. this will be displayed in city as interactive installation – such as building, wall, and etc...
Moving-Stars are created in flash, but they are supposed to be a actual image from a telescope on one of the observatories in the world.
On first page, it shows the local time in the location, and the space address for stars you see on the screen.
